Then you have the opportunity to resell your membership and perhaps make money off the sale plus you you have golfed a lifetime or as long as you have wished at no cost. As our course is a new course your investment will only increase in value over time. There will only be a limited number of these resalable memberships available. These memberships may be sold over and over. What you save on a membership each year would be a better return on your money than most investments. So buy yours now as 2009 will be the last year these resalable memberships will be offered. At the time of sale or transfer the seller must notify Island Green Golf Club in writing with a copy of purchase and sale agreement. In the event that Island Green Golf Club should ever sell the lifetime membership will be honoured by the buyer as part of the sales agreement . In the event that the owner of the lifetime membership should die, this membership may be passed on to whom he wishes and written in their will. There will be a transfer fee of $100.00 at the time of transfer of ownership. |
